The 8th Australian Conference on Culture & Leadership

The 8th Australian Conference on Culture & Leadership (Unlocking the Secrets of Cultural Transformation) was held in Sydney, Melbourne, and, for the first time ever, Perth.

At this conference, we launched our new publication In Great Company. This book examines five Australian companies who have achieved cultural transformation. It explores the skills, knowledge and processes that are essential in achieving transformation.

To celebrate and acknowledge the 5 companies included in the publication, as well as other organisations who have achieved cultural transformation, we launched the Culture Transformation Awards
