3 Australia (India) – 3 Global Services is a joint venture between 3 Australia and 3 UK providing customer care to millions of customers across the UK and Australia. 3 Australia (India) is the part of 3 Global Services that looks after Australian customers exclusively. The operation is located in Mumbai, India and complements 3 Australia’s contact centre in Brisbane, Australia.

Right from the beginning 3 Australia (India) has aligned itself to the overall people strategy for 3 in Australia. The objective has been to provide a consistent customer and employee experience across both countries. Despite the challenge of being located in a diff erent country and operating in a diff erent time zone, 3 Australia (India) has been successful in transforming its culture from a process driven culture to one focused on building customer relationships and loyalty.

The key to the successful transformation of 3 Australia (India) has been the partnership created between the Australian operation and the Indian leadership team. There has been a fundamental shared belief that getting a Constructive operating culture will provide the best possible customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
