Personal Effectiveness Inventory (PEI)
The Personal Effectiveness Inventory (PEI) is a personal
development instrument that helps individuals focus on those factors that
research shows to be related to personal effectiveness, health and
well-being.
This includes such dimensions as:
- Goal Achievement - expectations, satisfaction, directednesss and
effectiveness.
- Self Development - self image, control, approval and amicability.
- Relationship Building - trust, interpersonal co-operation and
inclusion.
- Time orientations - past, present and future.
The PEI is designed to guide users through a structured
process in becoming more effective on-the-job and in their personal lives.
It focuses on the development of self-esteem, optimism and gaining personal
