How Human Synergistics Supports Homeward Bound
Human Synergistics and our network of accredited practitioners have supported 905 female leaders in STEMMs since the commencement of the Homeward Bound initiative.
Each participant is offered the transformative Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) diagnostic as part of their journey. By leveraging the LSI through expert coaches, participants are able to identify their unique leadership skills, behaviours, strengths, and areas for growth, providing invaluable insights into their leadership potential.
“The LSI process involves reflection, self-awareness, and growth because leading isn’t just about directing others; it’s about understanding who you are and how you can transform your environment from the inside out,” says Paola Jaén, #HB9 scholarship recipient.
“The LSI has been instrumental to our leadership program, helping participants uncover the tools to lead with authenticity, confidence, and impact. We are grateful for our continued collaboration with Human Synergistics, who share our commitment to reshaping leadership for the future”.
