LSI+: Life Styles Inventory™ with Acumen® Insights
We are excited to launch a new feature of the Life Styles Inventory™ – LSI+.
LSI+ offers the opportunity to receive personalised narrative on the thinking and behavioral styles that are promoting or hindering effectiveness and performance. The LSI+ is an optional addition to existing LSI 1 & 2 reports. By combining quantitative and qualitative feedback, the LSI+ offers individuals additional depth and insight into their profiles and areas for development.
Combined with a thorough debrief from an Accredited Practitioner, we believe LSI+ gives an in-depth development experience of the LSI.
This event is designed to introduce the features of LSI+ and support our practitioners in how to incorporate it into future LSI projects.
This event will include:
1. Understanding the benefits of personalised narratives for LSI
2. Understanding how to incorporate LSI+ into your programs
3. Seeing the LSI+ reports in action
4. Gaining confidence in how to debrief using the LSI+

Leadership & Impact Showcase
This event is a showcase event for Accredited Practitioners and people wanting a greater understanding of the Leadership/Impact® and Management/Impact™ tools.
It is important for leaders and managers to understand the impact they are having on those around them, as well as the impact they are having on the wider organisation’s culture. In this event you will gain a clear understanding of what the impact tools measure, insights into leaders personal strategies and how certain behaviours in Leaders/Managers cause others to behave.
– That the behaviour of Leaders/Managers has an impact which promotes certain behaviours in others
– That the Impact of Leaders/Managers contributes greatly to an organisations Culture
– That Impact is measurable
